the last bit of the fall 2010 semester. part 1

as promised, i took many pictures of what the week before the last week was like. i didn't document EVERYTHING as that would have been self-indulgent, and largely boring and redundant. here i am at home again. here i'm in the lab. again. on bart. on powell. blah blah blah. so, i didn't document everything, but you'll get the idea.

here i am on sunday night, around midnight. i'm working on my animatic for preproduction. an animatic is a storyboard put into a program where it can all be timed out and parts of the frame, like the character, can be moved, and crudely animated in the environment. this process takes forever. and i'm just learning the program we're using, adobe after effects, so it takes longer. i also have little patience for it, so two key players in my tech support team will make an appearance sunday night.

this is just my desk. i didn't realize that photobooth was still open, so you can see me taking pictures on the computer screen.

i just swiveled in my chair and took these pictures of what the area under my bed looks like.

it looks like i composed this, but that's really what my bedside table looks like. with all those things, just so. the clock says 4.31am.
so sleepy. and half-blind from computing.
